On this one-day course, you'll learn how to incorporate ANKORR - the world's first “Animate Load Harness” - into your training sessions to add variety and game-specific exercises for your clients.
It's developed to increase strength endurance, mobility, strength through full ranges, anaerobic threshold, cardiovascular & character without the use of any other equipment.
Its unique design allows the “anchor points” to move through full range of movement in all planes. This means you can move forward under load, spin 180 degrees and move in reverse while staying under constant load.
ANKORR pioneers what we refer to as “Fluid Resistance" and for sporting clients, this allows us to simulate game-specific situations and offer a unique training environment for clients.
