Bootcamp remains an incredibly popular class in health clubs. Using a range of equipment and bodyweight exercises for a total body workout this course will teach you all you need to structure classes that set you apart.
You will learn that there are far more ways to plan and structure a circuits class than the standard delivery of a ‘satellite class’. You will leave the course with lots of ideas and session plans to deliver to your class participants.
This course is delivered as a one-day course.

How will I be assessed?
You will complete worksheets and session plans as well as delivering a circuit session of your own design to your peers.
