Bootcamp Training - otherwise known as Circuit Training - is an extremely popular and effective way to workout in group exercise classes.
By setting up different 'stations', you'll be able to add challenge and variety into classes, from incorporating resistance training to high-intensity aerobics.
You'll discover the finer points of how to plan and deliver circuit training in a range of environments and using a variety of equipment. You will also learn nine different types of circuit-based session designs.
For assessment, you'll have to prepare 6 sessions and deliver 2 main sessions.
