SUSPENDED MOVEMENT TRAINING
Since the creation of various suspension kits - MiloKit, TRX, Rip 60 & Jungle Gym to name a few - suspended movement training has become a key technique trainers use with clients of all ages, shapes and sizes.
On our Suspended Movement Training course you’ll learn how to set up, adjust, use and take down your suspension kit of choice. You’ll also learn a variety of exercises and strategies to use with different clients.
You must hold Level 2 Fitness Instructor or an Exercise to Music qualification.
This course is delivered as a one-day course.

You will complete worksheets and session plans as well as delivering a session of your own design to your peers.
